I’m a painter and sculptor from Cookstown Ontario living in a tiny but fabulous 1860's cottage with a front porch perfect for whittling.
Since the early 80's I have shown my work at numerous public and commercial galleries including Leo Kamen, Prime Gallery, the MacLaren Art Centre, Lafreniere&Pai and David Kay Gallery.
My artwork can be found in the collections of CIBC, Four Seasons Hotels, Labatt's and Trimark and many others.
Most recently I had a solo exhibition of paintings at David Kaye Gallery in Toronto, which presented a theatrical view of village life including portraits of my good-natured neighbours as stock characters like The Poisoner, The Gigolo, The Drunk and The Ghost Baker with myself as The Idiot.
For the past 7 years I have been the principle set designer at South Simcoe Theatre, where I also co-produce Four Play: a showcase of play readings, an annual event that showcases new writing.
